Welcome & Coffee Fundamentals
You’ll be welcomed into a cozy coffee lab in Lisbon, where your instructor will kick things off with an introduction to specialty coffee. You’ll discuss the key factors that influence coffee flavor, including bean origin, processing, and roast level, setting the stage for the brewing session.

Hands-On Brewing
Drip method, French Press & Moka Pot. This is where the real fun begins! For each method, you’ll learn the ideal grind size, brewing recipe, and technique.

Comparative Tasting
